Location:
Real estate "Paegles", inhabited settlement "Pluguciems" are located in the Riga area, Babites pagasts, in 15 km from capital of Latvia - Riga, in 7 km from resort Jurmala and in 9 km from international airport "Riga", in a direction of the state highway A9 Riga - Liepaja.

Project overview:
The c onstruction of inhabited settlement "Pluģuciems" "with the developed infrastructure is planned on the land plot. The settlement is divided into 129 plots.
Construction of individual houses with floor space of 222,64 sq.m. is envisaged on 115 sites wth average area of 1200-1500 sq.m.
Each house consists of housing section of 177,88 sq.m. And roofed parking for two cars with the space of 44,76 sq.m.
On the first floor are the premises of the common use: a dining room, kitchen, a cabinet, bathroom, a boiler room and living room.
On the second floor there will be 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and a living room. It is possible to choose the type of house, its' furnishing, finishing materials, design and also landscaping of the lot.
In each house communications are stipulated: an electricity (installation of electricity board), centralized water supply, the water drain with system of filters for water treating (feeding to the house), the asphalted and shined roads.
Each house will be equipped by modern system of the signal system and fire-prevention safety, the universal heating boiler will be established. Connection of phone, TV and the Internet is also stipulated.
For development of infrastructure of estate the construction preschool institutions, supermarket with household services is planned.
